Current Procurement Opportunities:

1. Community Living Supports and Personal Care in Licensed Specialized Residential Settings

Network180, the Community Mental Health Authority in Kent County, is seeking to contract services of licensed Adult Foster Care (Family or Group) homes to provide supervision, Personal Care, and Community Living Supports to adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and/or adults with Severe Mental Illness.  Optionally, providers can choose to also offer Respite Services for adults with I/DD in their Licensed AFC.

Qualified providers must be able to comply with Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) standards, have an active Specialized Residential Certification through LARA, and will have the ability to provide behavioral and medical supports appropriate to individuals’ needs as defined in their 
Individualized Plan of Service.  This will include an expectation of open communications and coordination with the appropriate administrative and clinical team representatives.  Employees and Administrators will complete and maintain training as identified by LARA, HCBS, the Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE), and Network180.  
 
This procurement process will remain open until the need for new providers has been met.  


2. Behavioral Health Treatment Services (BHT)/Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services 

BACKGROUND:
This procurement opportunity is issued by Kent County CMH Authority d/b/a Network180, located at 3310 Eagle Park Dr NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525.

HOW TO RESPOND:
It is the policy of Network180 to maintain an adequate panel of providers for services that ensures choice, availability, and high quality. Network180 is currently accepting submissions from providers of Behavioral Health Treatment Services/Applied Behavior Analysis. Bidders will be evaluated based on their responses in the Network180 electronic procurement management system. Submissions will not be accepted outside of the electronic procurement management system.

Submissions will be accepted beginning in August 2022 and will close on October 31, 2022 at 5:00 pm EDT. Network180 is interested in selecting organizations that will provide high quality services to the people it serves. Consequently, submissions must contain all requested information on ability to comply with Network180 contractual obligations, including but not limited to, quality improvement activities, solvency and financial viability, compliance requirements, claims, and other areas required by our funders. Bidders must agree to accept Network180’s established reimbursement rates, to abide by contract terms, and to follow all applicable Network180 policies.

Bidders must disclose all personal and business relationships with employees of Network180 or members of the Network180 board of directors. Any real, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest must be disclosed. Any decision to grant a contract will be dependent on consultation regarding conflict of interest.

BIDDER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bidder must have been providing ABA services for three years or more  9/12/22 PLEASE NOTE: Providing ABA services is no longer considered to be a minimum requirement for bidders.
  • Bidder must be able to serve all ages (0 to 21)
  • Bidder must be able to provide services during all hours (daytime and evening)


SCORING:
Scoring of submissions will be conducted by a team of reviewers from Network180. Network180 reserves the right to request any additional information that it may deem necessary after the submission has been received.

CONTRACTING:
Network180 reserves the right to modify the requirements of this procurement activity at any time and to decide to not award contracts. Network180 reserves the right to accept any and all proposals, and/or to waive irregularities, and/or to negotiate terms in any way whatsoever is deemed in its best interest.
